Agreement to Terms
This terms of use agreement (“Terms”) constitutes a legally binding contract between www.elysianinteriors.in and our affiliates (collectively, “Elysian Interiors,” “we,” “us”), and you, with respect to your use of all properties (Web, mobile, or otherwise) owned or operated by Elysian Interiors (collectively, the “Properties”), and all products and services available from Elysian Interiors, Professionals (as defined below), or other third parties in connection with the Properties (individually and collectively with the Properties, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Services.
Changes to Terms
Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Please review the Terms each time you use the Services, as your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to, such changes. You further waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes.
Consent
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms. If you are accessing and using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that situation, “you” and “your” will refer to both you and that entity.

Elysian Interiors is an online platform to get estimates for home renovation and setup projects and get them done by highly recommended professionals.
No Endorsement
Elysian Interiors does not sponsor, endorse, recommend, or approve of any professional who offers products or services through the Services. While we try to confirm that professionals meet certain requirements, we cannot and do not represent or warrant that any professional is licensed, qualified, bonded, insured, or capable of performing any service. Reference to any products, services, or other information by trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by us. Any estimate provided in connection with the Services is only a guide; it is not a guarantee of the actual cost of your specific project.
Content Shown on the Site
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, projects, music, and artwork (collectively, “Content”) are third-party user-generated content, and Elysian Interiors has no control over such third-party user-generated content as Elysian Interiors is merely an intermediary for the purposes of this Terms of Use.
Provided Services
Products and services provided by professionals are made available to you pursuant to both (i) a communications platform that enables connections between you and professionals and (ii) a payments platform that provides a medium of exchange of money between you and professionals to facilitate the provision of goods and services.
Pricing Information
While www.elysianinteriors.in strives to provide accurate service and pricing information, pricing errors or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of a project until after you order. In the event that a project is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, www.elysianinteriors.in shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that project, unless the project has already been started. In the event that an item carries an incorrect price, www.elysianinteriors.in may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Taxes
You understand that we are acting solely as an intermediary for the collection of service charges and fees between a Service User and a Service Professional who choose to enter into an Agreement for Service. Because taxes vary significantly based on the registration and method you have opted for, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for determining your own tax reporting requirements in consultation with tax advisors, and that we cannot and do not offer tax advice to either Service Users or Service Professionals. Further, you understand that Elysian Interiors shall not be responsible or liable in any manner in relation to tax liability of a Service User or a Service Professional.
Order Cancellations and Refund
Once confirmed with payment, design or production advance cannot be refunded. Defective parts will be replaced under the conditions of the provided warranty.
Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically. www.elysianinteriors.in will communicate with you through email and SMS or by posting notices on the Site.
Project Specifications
While we make every effort to ensure specifications of all projects listed on the Site are as accurate as possible, there can be errors or missed specifications. You are advised to coordinate with the professional and ensure that the professional takes the right measurements and that the right product is being made. We cannot guarantee that your project will look exactly as you had requested.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ELYSIAN INTERIORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON, OR RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Any claims relating to use of the Services must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims brought after such period are VOID.
Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify, restrict access to, or discontinue the Services (or any portion of the Services), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you.
Termination
We reserve the right, with or without notice, and in our sole discretion, to terminate any license to the Services, in whole or in part, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Services.

Warranty Terms
Warranty for interior projects covers:
Lifetime warranty against rust on accessories
Manufacturing defects in material
Termite and fungus protection
Product failure
Warranty is void under conditions such as:
Incomplete payment for the project
Damages due to misuse, tampering, fire, or natural calamity
Exposure to continuous water contact
Direct exposure to sunlight
Other Terms and Conditions
The warranty does not apply to third-party components.
Sample colors and finishes may slightly vary from actual products.
Any replacement required post-installation, outside warranty terms, will be chargeable.
Pricing Policies
Elysian Interiors provides customized quotes based on requirements using our proprietary pricing engine. Payments are made in multiple installments, and details will be provided as per project progress.
